Our mission is to reduce the number of animals euthanized in municipal shelters by preventing unwanted litters. Each year over 18,000 dogs and cats are euthanized in Richland and Lexington County shelters due to rampant, unnecessary and often accidental breeding. Wide-scale spay and neuter is the only way to reduce the number of animals entering shelters.
